That weekend was Christmas Day,that Saturday,and it was blazing hot in the hood,where the Brenaghs lived.Christmas day,minor went to parents of Shastia Brenagh,with his hair shaved and the symbols $$$ cut into the bottom of hair shafts. This haircut was seen Christmas Day, and well into the new year. Peter Bricarello-kidney hunter, nor his boss,Ben-three fingers,or any of the Social Workers in and out of the Children Protection Services at the Banning,Ca location on 901 E. Ramsey,saw this "branding" on minor in story.The parents of the minor did.
They were shocked and outraged at the selling and the branding of their minor,by family members of the mother,and Children Protection Services. Shasta had to tell everyone that her ship had come in,also that she needed two more wards of the state so that she could quit her job at the airport in Palm Springs.Ms Brenagh celebrated her good fortune with families in the Hood where her parents still live at 1891 Lawrence in Palm Springs.
Ms. Brenagh, had to wait until her next day off to go to the Social Security Office on Ramon in Palm Springs,with her mother Lula Brenagh and her second cousin the minor.She had been told by several social workers,that with the placement of her cousin child,(her second cousin on her father side)she would get a bonus of additional monies,minor parents had set aside. They ran around firing questions at him.Like the minor on his life with his parents,social security number,where he was born things like that.
Things that they should have known if they knew who he was. Shastia met her close little cousin after he was removed from his father. She had never met minor mother until after minor was removed from his father's care. The Brenaghs were very close to minor mother until,his mother found out it was all about money to them.Bonus money was transfer to the Brenaghs. Talk about jumping for joy,everyone did in that family. They told minor's father,(disable veteran of the NAVY),he needed to stop taking his pain medication and get a job

Shastia Brenagh,at 66665 Mesquite,of Desert Hot Springs,took custody of this new born ward of the state of California,with jumps of joy. She was running and a jumping when she took minor,given to her personally by Peter Bricarello. The minor became a ward of the state of California on December 16,2010. And Peter dropped him off at her house at 66665 Mesquite,in Desert Hot Springs,Ca, on the 17Th (Friday,next day after court decision).

The minor remained in Shastie Brenagh housing until January 31,2011. Without warning or discussion the minor was dropped off for a visit at the location in Desert Hot Springs.Ms Brenagh claimed she did not have time or interest in placing phone calls or visits for her little white nigger cousin to visit with parents. She did not like them.She hated the father to the point,calls only lasted while she brushed her teeth at home. When her teeth were done so were the phone calls. Peter Bricarello,(the father of the wards of the state),was unable to explain to minor or parents while minor was dumped at the office for the only visit that had had with Shastie Brenagh.Ms. Brenagh was too busy being a "Hoochie Mama",and it was discovered that the minor was her escort on Thursdays,when she had her night out with the homies. Her mode of dressing did not met the dress code for foster parents.
She had to repeat the symbols meaning to everyone that asked.They also meant three ways for the payouts for the placement of this minor.She was known as "Hoochie Mama" to the families in the hood,to her father's shame. But what do you expect,three brothers and a mother who believes she is,and was a light in that dark family of want to be.
