Have a customer not paying for a system we installed in California. It’s been 3 months since the install and now they are asking us to remove half the panels we installed to lower the cost. I told them it’s to late to remove panels and they agreed on the size of system before we installed and they need to pay. Now they’re threatening with court. Anyone ever dealt with this before?
